While working as your agent I will send you a relocation packet that will match the city that you are moving to with the neighborhood you currently live in. This packet provides information on income, education, age, household characteristics, employment, temperatures, precipitation, crime, and schools. Also included is a map of the area to help familiarize you with the location of possible homes.
While working as your agents, we will send you a relocation packet by email, fax, or US Mail. The packet will include demographic matchups and match the city you are moving to with the neighborhood you currently live in. Information will be included on the neighborhoods such as income, education, age, household characteristics, employment, temperatures, precipitation, crime, and schools. Other information can be useful to you as well with your move, so I provide connections to new doctors, dentists, contractors, moving companies, etc. Maps of the area are included to help familiarize you with the location of possible homes.
When you find a home that interests you we can provide you with color photos of the interior of your new home along with measurements of the rooms to help make sure this transition is easier and less stressful. If it is easier we will do a video walk through for you or a family member that cannot be present. Once your transaction is complete, we will send out a change of address notice or house warming cards to your friends and relatives if you desire.
